Did you know that globally approximately one third of all food produced is thrown in the bin every year? This corresponds to 1.3 billion tonnes of food and, according to estimates, up to two billion people could be fed with this amount of food. Reducing food loss requires attention and actions from all of us. We asked Paulig employees to share with us their tips how to reduce food loss in your home kitchen.
