Paula has more than 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing positions in FMCG companies Essity and Johnson & Johnson. She has been responsible for Consumer Marketing and Customer Marketing on country and regional levels and has also headed Brand Categories on a global level. Currently, Paula works as Global Brand Director at Essity, responsible for TENA’s global strategies and innovations.
