Paulig is contemplating a cross-border merger whereby Paulig’s Danish holding company Sauerklee A/S will be merged into Paulig Ltd. Sauerklee A/S does not carry out any operational business and has no employees.
The planned registration date for the cross-border merger is 30 August 2024.
